GMC Auctioneers was set up by principle Garreth McCarthy MIPAV MMCEPI in 2017. Prior to setting up GMC Auctioneers, Garreth was employed with a local estate agency and was responsible for residential sales along with commercial sales and lettings.
Since GMC Auctioneers was founded, the company has grown to employ 3 full time staff along with a senior chartered surveyor, who practices as a consultant with GMC Auctioneers.

When it comes to residential sales GMC Auctioneers have been equally as dominant in this area. Our philosophy is quite simple "We go the extra mile" Saturday and Sunday viewings are not a problem for our team as we understand that not everyone is in a position to view property Monday to Friday!
